The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the project management team, coordinating resources, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that all assignments are completed on time and within scope. In this position, the Project Coordinator will track project progress and maintain project documentation, including reports, timelines, and meeting minutes. Acting as a point of contact for project stakeholders, the coordinator will facilitate communication and ensure alignment among all parties involved. The role also involves identifying potential risks or delays and working with the project manager to address issues proactively. Organizing and facilitating project meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items will be key responsibilities. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will lead the preparation of project proposals, progress reports, and presentations, ensuring that all assignments meet quality standards and client expectations. The coordinator will coordinate and support projects related to food science, dietary supplement development, or supply chain management, conducting research to gather relevant data on ingredients, formulas, product specifications, and other project-specific elements. Vendor assessments will also be part of the role, analyzing cost structures, timelines, and overall suitability for projects, and providing recommendations based on evaluations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
