About the position

Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a solid administrative background, particularly in the Construction industry. The role involves managing databases, spreadsheets, and office equipment while ensuring the confidentiality of company information and serving as a liaison between various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and enter information into spreadsheets and databases.
  • Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
  • Operate and manage repairs for office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems.
  • Review, correct and enter timesheets into database and payroll software.
  • Process and check new hire badging paperwork for field employees.
  • Process and distribute necessary reports internally and externally.
  • Maintain records of work reports, payroll, and other documentation in an organized filing system.
  • Serve as liaison between field office and main office, and between project team and field personnel as needed.
  • Read, research, and route correspondence; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; initiate telecommunications.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of company information.
  • Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Project Manager with recommendations for resolution.
  • Perform additional assignments as required by the company or as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance.
  • Prior experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Great attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
