About the position

The Project Coordinator at Prince Telecom is responsible for managing operations related to multiple construction projects in the telecommunications field. This role involves coordinating with the MDU Manager, ensuring timely updates to customers regarding project timelines, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders to facilitate project completion.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all steps in the process from beginning to end to provide timely updates.
• Customer contact via phone and email to deal with concerns and inquiries.
• Ability to problem solve and willingness to ask for assistance in order to assure timely completion of drop bury process.
• Corresponding with customers' representatives to solve job issues, update progress, and follow up on job completion.
• Coordinate with Manager and Customer for access issues.
• Coordinate with reading maps and interpreting drawings.
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as invoicing, preparation of payroll, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, etc.
• Coordinate with local subcontractor leads/foreman to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.

Requirements

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for customer contact via phone and email.
• Problem-solving abilities and willingness to seek assistance when needed.
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and managing access issues.
• Ability to read maps and interpret drawings effectively.
• Organizational skills to analyze and manage office operations and procedures.
