The Project Coordinator position at Vaco is a critical role focused on IT Infrastructure, particularly in network setup and IT equipment management for warehouses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Project Management, with at least three years of experience, and a minimum of one year of exposure to IT networking. This hybrid position requires the candidate to work three days in the office and two days remotely, with initial training conducted in the office for the first week or two. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing client requests and project requirements to effectively allocate resources. They will coordinate and prioritize the workload of the center, ensuring continuous improvement in quality and processes. Monitoring project status is a key responsibility, and the Project Coordinator will need to intervene as necessary to keep projects on track. This includes tracking progress, task completion, budget adherence, and schedule management, as well as performing reporting for assigned projects. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills, as the Project Coordinator will work closely with the overall Project Manager and other team members. Strong communication skills, particularly listening skills, are essential for success in this role. Candidates should have prior project leadership or management experience, along with a solid IT background in various projects. Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and processes is also necessary, as well as proven organizational skills. A minimum of five years of experience in relevant fields is required for this position.
