About the position

The Project Coordinator - Client Services role at Epiq involves managing specific projects within the client services team, ensuring quality control of electronic data, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The position requires effective communication, project planning, and oversight of deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a high-level liaison with key client representatives to own the total service delivery relationship.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction through coordination and execution of all deliverables.
  • Provide oversight to client-specific projects managed by the Production Team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Create project plans by identifying tasks, resources, schedules, and specifications for deliverables.
  • Regularly meet with project teams to ensure client and project requirements are met.
  • Provide team leadership to develop and motivate staff members for growth within the team.
  • Instill client confidence through proactive communication and serve as the point of escalation when necessary.
  • Evaluate subcontractors and make strategic recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients throughout the litigation lifecycle to help plan, organize, digitize, and present cases.
  • Manage a wide range of electronic discovery projects covering the entire EDRM spectrum.
  • Advise case teams on database design and workflow, offering tailored solutions based on best practices.
  • Oversee support staff and training, track deadlines, verify client specifications, and create deliverables.
  • Perform quality assurance on processed data to ensure compliance with collection and processing instructions.
  • Create and maintain detailed case documentation to record critical actions and decisions.
  • Effectively coordinate with support staff, managers, outside counsel, and convey technical concepts to users of all experience levels.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients from project initiation to closure, including project scope, pricing, and final deliverables.

Requirements

  • Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Experience with MS Office and basic image and text files.
  • Superior organizational skills and capability to handle several projects in various stages.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and availability for some evening and weekend shifts.
  • BCA, MCA knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic programming knowledge; familiarity with NUIX, SQL, Relativity, LAW Pre-Discovery or IPRO is a strong plus.

  • Experience in electronic discovery projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of 16.61 - 33.23 USD per hour, dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus.
