As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the smooth execution of various tasks related to project management and coordination. In this position, you will be responsible for completing permit document setups based on information provided by the Project Manager, ensuring that all project attributes and variables are accurately input according to contract requirements and jurisdictional permits. You will assist Project Managers with project setup, tracking, scheduling, and invoicing, while also preparing various project-related documents, reports, and estimates. Your role will involve submitting permits, project documents, and construction packages, as well as documenting departmental and project-related processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with strong administrative and time management skills, capable of multitasking and maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. You will need a minimum of 2 years of project support and task management experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry. A solid understanding of general project management, coordination, and administration is essential, along with the ability to determine client preferences regarding permit status and requirements for supporting documentation. You will also be expected to manage project documentation effectively to support permit applications, design document control, and project scheduling.
