About the position

The Project Coordinator at Majestic Home Solutions will oversee all projects in production, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves collaboration with the design team and lead carpenters, as well as regular communication with clients regarding project schedules and updates. The coordinator will also manage job costing and budgeting, ensuring a clear financial understanding of each project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all projects in production to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Collaborate with the design team and lead carpenters to post schedules and clarify tasks.
• Communicate daily and weekly with clients regarding schedules, changes, and invoices.
• Manage job costing and budgeting for each project.
• Conduct site meetings with the production team and clients for project walk-throughs.
• Maintain the BuilderTrend program for all active projects.
• Order materials for the production team and update schedules weekly.
• Assign and monitor daily tasks for the production team.
• Conduct quality control checks on projects and review their overall health.

Requirements

• 7+ years in the residential remodeling industry.
• 5+ years in project management, coordination, or design.
• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent certifications.
• Proficient in computer and phone usage.
• Knowledgeable in remodeling materials and codes.
• Advanced knowledge of BuilderTrend software.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in residential remodeling design.
• Familiarity with project management software.
