About the position

The Project Coordinator at Landmarc Environmental Systems will play a vital role in supporting project management efforts within the construction sector. This position is responsible for coordinating various aspects of project execution, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills in construction management and project scheduling to contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring all milestones are tracked and met.
• Coordinate project documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and estimates, to ensure all team members have access to necessary information.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and Civil 3D for project management and documentation purposes.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clarity on project objectives and expectations.
• Conduct some site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
• Support the preparation of reports detailing project status, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles including estimating, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Civil 3D or similar applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with civil engineering concepts is a plus.
