This role is crucial for monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, ensuring that project deadlines are met, and documenting important actions and decisions from these meetings. The position requires the preparation of necessary presentation materials and the ability to determine project changes as they arise. Administrative support will also be a key aspect of the role, along with undertaking various project tasks as required. The Project Coordinator will develop project strategies and ensure that all projects adhere to established frameworks, maintaining appropriate documentation for each project. Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable is essential. The role also involves managing stakeholder views towards the best solutions and chairing meetings when appropriate, distributing minutes to all project team members. This position is integral to the success of the Global Professional Services team, which supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities, including customer implementations and business expansion initiatives.
