About the position

Digi Security Systems is looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join their Dallas Operations team. This role is essential for ensuring effective communication with both external and internal partners, scheduling technicians, and facilitating a seamless installation process. The Project Coordinator will prioritize exceptional customer service and will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, making this position crucial for maintaining the company's reputation for reliable service and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Keep external partners informed of project progress through various communication methods.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Branch Management on planned installations and respond to partner needs.
  • Schedule technician teams for various projects and communicate schedules to all parties involved.
  • React quickly to service calls, summarizing and relaying information to dispatch appropriate personnel.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and relay their needs to key stakeholders.
  • Track customer communications, update billing information, and check technicians' time entries for accuracy.
