About the position

Our leading retail client is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join their team in Beaverton, OR! As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key supporter in bringing innovative designs to life by meticulously managing the details. In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of a high volume of project assets, working closely with a broad and diverse team. If you have experience coordinating photoshoots and film briefs with creative agencies and thrive in a dynamic environment, this position is for you. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external team members. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of deliverables across multiple clients and teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude. Additionally, you will coordinate and support photoshoots and film briefs, ensuring that the creative vision is maintained from concept to completion. In this role, you will report to the Concept Design Operations Director and collaborate with various internal teams, including Concept Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Product Design, Brand, Innovation, and Consumer Insights. You will also manage external vendor relationships, ensuring smooth project execution. Working directly with four core team members, you will engage with a larger team of 25 designers, making your role crucial in the overall project management process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external team members.
  • Manage a high volume of deliverables across multiple clients and teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Coordinate and support photoshoots and film briefs, ensuring that creative vision is maintained from concept to completion.
  • Report to the Concept Design Operations Director and collaborate with various internal teams, including Concept Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Product Design, Brand, Innovation, and Consumer Insights.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for experience in event planning, marketing, or production.
  • Experience in developing and managing project workbacks.
  • Strong vendor management skills, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience producing photoshoots, ideally focusing on both on-body and product photography.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity with ease.

  • A degree is not required; relevant experience can be a substitute for formal education.
