Responsibilities

• Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Assisting in the material procurement process and coordinating team deployment
• Maintaining and organizing project documentation using various software programs
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver project status updates and manage expectations
• Assisting in tracking project expenses and budgets, providing regular updates to the Project Manager
• Reviewing contracts and obtaining all relevant project information from customers
• Managing Maintenance Contracts by reviewing received contracts and ensuring billing is up-to-date
• Keeping meeting minutes for all department meetings and being the key contact for all project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry doing project coordination
• Able to negotiate contracts and engage with clients
• Detail oriented with high levels of accuracy
• A sense of urgency and follow up; take initiative to solve problems and learn
• Have discipline to balance a range of tasks that have various levels of complexity
• Willingness to travel for meetings within the Denver-metro area
• Proficient in project management software programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
