The Project Coordinator will also ensure that project activities are well-coordinated, tasks are assigned appropriately, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively. As the central point of contact for program tasks and project-related inquiries, the Project Coordinator will provide timely and accurate information and updates to management and applicable staff, ensuring that all team members have what they need for the successful completion of their tasks. Moreover, the Project Coordinator will provide administrative support and back-up for other agency departments and sites, demonstrating strong project management skills, including the ability to assist with grant writing and compiling information from multiple sources. This position requires the ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the capability to create visuals and PowerPoint presentations.
