About the position

The Project Cost Controller is essential in optimizing manufacturing facilities and ensuring project efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all types of projects, from simple activities to complex plans.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets.
• Perform schedule and risk management tasks.
• Maintain project documentation and handle financial inquiries.
• Coordinate various project-related activities and ensure effective communication among team members.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Design or related degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of Project Administrative, Project Design, or Project Coordination experience is required.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office, including Excel, required.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Knowledge of client industrial process efficiency programs is required.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
