Responsibilities

• Perform client management and updates at all levels of management.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project costs and risks.
• Provide alternative strategies for cost mitigation and opportunities.
• Manage overall project or program cost controls and reporting functions.
• Interface with project team members including Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Finance.
• Prepare various project cost control plans and reports.
• Evaluate projects at each stage of development to ensure cost and financial activities are met.
• Review contract drafts and related terms to ensure compliance with project cost control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of related cost controls experience in an EPCM environment preferred.
• Experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, and cost analysis.
• Experience in project controls and commercial operations with emphasis on financial issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Project or Program related experience.
• MS in an Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Sciences Discipline.
• Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI, and dashboard development.
