About the position

The Project Designer (Creative) role focuses on delivering high-quality design solutions in commercial interior design. The designer collaborates closely with clients to understand their brand and vision, guiding projects from concept through to construction documentation. This position emphasizes effective communication, design decision-making, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure the firm meets its design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level design quality for projects.
• Engage in client visioning to understand brand and culture.
• Participate in concept design, schematic planning, and design development.
• Execute construction drawings while maintaining design intent.
• Assist project team in construction administration activities.
• Make efficient design-related decisions and communicate effectively with teammates and clients.
• Synthesize design directives with technical parameters.
• Guide design intent into construction reality with practical documentation.
• Participate in enrichment programs to stay ahead of design trends and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 6-8+ years of commercial interior design experience.
• Proficient in CAD, Revit, 3D Rendering programs, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead teams and clients throughout the design process.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Revit (2 years preferred).
• Experience in AutoCAD (4 years required).
• Experience in commercial design (3 years required).
