About The Position
The Project Director II in the Project Management and Development Branch, Real Estate Services Division, is responsible for providing oversight and management of major capital outlay projects from the planning phase through the design and construction phases. The Project Director II manages the more complex and sensitive projects, ensuring compliance with various state regulations and utilizing available resources, including program/project management software and Microsoft Office tools. This position is eligible for telework 3 days a week, and the successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
