About the position
The position serves as a technical expert and trusted advisor within NextEra Analytics, focusing on renewable energy consulting. The role involves collaborating with sales teams to identify and close opportunities by understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions. The employee will leverage their subject matter expertise to build customer relationships and support the sales process through technical discussions and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
- Support technical discussions and solution design throughout the sales process to progress/close deals and build customer relationships
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical education, and proof of concepts
- Provide input on proposals and draft scope of work
- Maintain an understanding of the customer's industry, including industry trends and business processes
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant field
