About the position

As an Electrical Engineer at Lutron, you will play a crucial role in high-stakes projects that contribute to maintaining the company's position as a leader in smart lighting and shading systems. Responsibilities

• Design circuits, including stress analysis, worst-case design, and testing.
• Construct prototypes, theoretical models, and simulations.
• Collaborate frequently with RF, mechanical, and embedded engineers.
• Participate in the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design process and product design reviews.
• Design and qualify for internal, domestic, and international safety and standards.
• Design for manufacturing, testing, and assembly, including tester development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned.
• 0-3 years' experience in a related field.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for inter-office collaboration, site visits, etc.
