About the position

The Project Engineer for the Customer Integration Team at Lockheed Martin will provide technical and project management support for International Customer Programs. This role involves planning, execution, and strategy across all program phases, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with government and contractor leadership, and managing contract milestones and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface to government and contractor leadership as well as functional organizations.
• Establish contract milestones and monitor adherence to master schedules.
• Utilize risk management to identify program issues and develop solutions.
• Work proactively with all functional organizations to ensure timely execution of program activities to meet customer deadlines.
• Demonstrate highly collaborative and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline.
• Program or Project Management/Engineering and execution experience.
• Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functionally with internal and external customers.
• SECRET security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters/solutions with senior leaders.
• EVMS experience.
• FMS experience.
