About the position

The Project Engineer for the Customer Integration Team at Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics Company is responsible for providing technical and project management support for international customer programs. This role involves planning, execution, and strategy across all phases of the program, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary technical interface to government and contractor leadership as well as functional organizations.
• Ensuring the establishment of contract milestones and monitoring adherence to master schedules.
• Utilizing risk management to identify program issues and develop solutions.
• Proactively working with all functional organizations to ensure timely execution of program activities to meet customer deadlines.
• Demonstrating highly collaborative and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline.
• Program or Project Management/Engineering and execution experience.
• Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functionally with internal and external customers.
• SECRET security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters/solutions with senior leaders.
• EVMS experience.
