About the position

The Heavy Civil Contractor is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Project Managers to join their team. This role offers significant opportunities for career development and advancement within the company, particularly for candidates with a strong background in civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project engineering tasks.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure project budgets are met.
• Handle Requests for Information (RFI's) from project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize CPM scheduling software to plan and track project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience in field engineering within heavy civil projects.
• Proven track record in cost control for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with handling RFI's effectively.
• Strong knowledge of QAQC processes and standards.
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling software, particularly Primavera P-6.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office software.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in bridges, roads, rail, or tunneling projects.
• Experience with mega projects.
