Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Utilize 3D modeling and 2D technical drawing skills to create engineering designs.
• Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for design and manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME Y14.5, and GD&T standards in all engineering work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine components and dynamics.
• At least 4 years of experience in technical equipment design and project management.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and equipment for component design considerations.
