Responsibilities

• Provide professional services for civil engineering projects including design, plans, specifications, reports, project budgets, scope of work, permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, and coordination of sub-consultants and contractors.
• Provide professional services for the design and construction of water supply and distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Work within multi-discipline projects that include civil, electrical, and architectural aspects.
• Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work.
• Assist Project Manager in maintaining budgets and schedules of project assignments and in maintaining quality client relationships and communication.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and other project team members.
• Gather critical data to assist clients with project financing and funding development.

Requirements

• Experience leading water, water resources, and/or wastewater projects of moderate size.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on client relationships and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-discipline team.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design and project execution.
