Responsibilities

• Provide support by executing capital and major maintenance projects.
• Optimize existing manufacturing processes.
• Serve as a technical resource to resolve equipment and infrastructure breakdowns.
• Analyze and interpret department needs for new or refurbished equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and performance objectives for projects.
• Design cost-effective equipment, buildings, structures, or systems per applicable codes.
• Prepare specifications and obtain competitive bids for projects.
• Analyze and recommend bids and develop budgets for projects.
• Oversee and supervise contractors and consultants during design and installation phases.
• Coordinate with plant maintenance and operations for various projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of electrical engineering or project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Nice-to-haves

• Heavy industrial or manufacturing facility power distribution design experience.
