About the position

The Project Engineer Proposal role at Senior Flexonics Pathway involves a sales and engineering professional responsible for product definition, design, costing, and proposal preparation. The position requires interaction with technically astute customers in the petrochemical, industrial, and utility markets, focusing on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review requests for quotation and perform application engineering on the RFQ to determine customer needs.
• Review blueprints, plans, and other customer documents to develop cost estimates and sales proposals.
• Propose changes in equipment, processes, or materials to improve operations or reduce costs.
• Provide technical services to customers regarding equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
• Promote products or services by calling on customer representatives such as engineers and architects.
• Assist sales representatives in maintaining customer relationships, delivering presentations, and negotiating purchase orders.
• Coordinate liaison between sales and other support functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with ERP and FEA software.
• Proficiency in CAD, Solidworks, and Microsoft Office software.
• Experience in the design and analysis of complex thermal, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
