This level of responsibility requires a strong foundation in engineering principles and the ability to lead design efforts effectively. The engineer will also plan design work and assign design duties to staff working on projects, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the Corporate Quality Control Department.
  • Responsible for complete design by discipline for projects of all sizes.
  • Makes major design recommendations and design decisions with little input from senior staff.
  • Plans design work and assigns design duties to staff working on projects.
  • Desire to move into Project Management and seek out future projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of MEP/Commercial building design experience desired, with experience in healthcare or education being ideal.
  • Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities an Engineer performs.
  • Demonstrated outstanding leadership in either the Technical or Project Management Path items.
  • Ability to provide a high level of leadership to others.
  • Ability to perform final quality control check in their area of expertise.
