About the position

Tech USA is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a reputable General Contractor in the Denver Metro Area. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Managers and Superintendents by assisting with various project-related tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of project plans and specifications, as well as the ability to work autonomously while also seeking guidance for unusual or complex problems. The Project Engineer will be responsible for project setup, bid openings, and documentation, ensuring that all contract awards are administered and distributed appropriately. Additionally, the role involves coordinating and reviewing submittals and shop drawings, expediting and monitoring material and equipment approvals, and initiating project close-out processes to secure all required documentation. The ideal candidate will engage in the company culture, be open to feedback, and demonstrate flexibility to change. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is essential, along with efficient written and verbal communication skills. Strong prioritization and organizational skills are necessary, as attention to detail is critical in this role. The Project Engineer will be expected to contribute positively to the project team and help ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
