About the position

This position is responsible for managing all activities related to the delivery of multiple capital investment projects critical to the company's objectives in water resource management. The role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining asset owner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage budgets and schedules for multiple capital investment projects.
• Drive efficiency in project delivery by monitoring delivery metrics and pursuing effective procurement approaches.
• Deliver assigned capital projects in accordance with policies and procedures set in the Capital Investment Management (CIM) system.
• Ensure asset owner satisfaction according to the agreed scope of work for each project.
• Interact with operations personnel to ensure project delivery meets operational needs.
• Coordinate with internal and external groups for land acquisition, permits, and project approvals.
• Ensure compliance with established regulatory criteria, specifications, and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in project delivery of major water resources projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) required.
• Strong project management skills including planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and reporting.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced management or technical degree preferred.
• Construction Management certification preferred.
