About the position

As a Project Engineer at CESO, Inc., you will play a crucial role in traffic analysis, signal designs, and transportation design projects. You will be responsible for engineering design tasks, preparing contract documents, and maintaining organized project files, all while fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering design for traffic analysis, traffic signal sequencing, phasing and timing, and traffic modeling and simulation
• Prepare engineering plans for traffic signals, intersection geometry, pavement markings and signage, temporary traffic control and construction staging plans
• Assist in the preparation of contract documents, including plans, technical specifications, and construction cost estimates
• Lead technical tasks on various traffic and transportation projects
• Collaborate with design team members
• Maintain organized project files

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Passage of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, HydroCAD, Synchro V.11.0, HCS Version 8.2, TransModeler Sidra V8.0, and Microsoft Office Suite
