Responsibilities

• Work closely with Field Application Engineers to create proposals and design material handling systems.
• Manage projects, maintaining budget, schedule, and implementation plans.
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings, quotes, spare parts orders, and other design responsibilities.
• Improve project execution processes, including Gantt charts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with site installation, including material inventory, schedule tracking, and supervising subcontractors.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all facets of material handling, including equipment, suppliers, and applications.
• Communicate project and schedule changes to all stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Provide customer support for ongoing and warranty projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in the automated material handling sector preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent technical problem-solving capabilities, particularly in hardware and controls.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills.
• Willing and transparent communicator.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Must be able to work in the US long-term without the need for sponsorship.
