About the position

As a Project Engineer at Lithko Contracting, you will gain hands-on experience in concrete construction while working alongside industry leaders. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow within the company, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and project execution. You will be supported by dedicated managers and mentors as you develop your skills and knowledge, with opportunities for rapid advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Utilize resources, including managers and mentors, to understand project scope and schedule.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives and track progress.
• Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Engage in hands-on performance with teams through daily preparation and project execution processes.
• Estimate project needs, perform field engineering, and conduct inspections.
• Prepare and form structural slabs, including slab on grade and slab on metal deck prep.
• Conduct production tracking and quantity take-offs.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Completion of a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before the start date, or equivalent work or military experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on construction experience is a plus.
