Requirements

• Work in Los Angeles County or Orange County.
• Hold either a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture or relative 2-7 years industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to ensure financial, contractual, administrative and technical aspects of the project to ensure execution of tasks and responsibilities as determined in the official contract documents.
• Review, closely analyze and produce financial and contractual project documents for the project team, owner, subcontractors, design team and associated team member.
• Closely study and analyze the contract terms and conditions, analyze all contractual changes in order to produce and process COs and Subcontractor Agreement Modifications(Mods).
• Review all financial reports and take part in various financial and project review sessions with the project and executive team.
• Provide assistance throughout the development of the project budget and estimates.
• Review financial reports with the Pinner Construction Accounting Department in order to guarantee overall budget accuracy and cost coding.
