Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (7-10 years) in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes and unexpected events.
• Experience in change management and developing implementation plans.
