Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets.
- Manage costs and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze project requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Use industry-standard software for estimating and project management.
Requirements
- Experience in construction estimating and cost management.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, BUILDINGconnected, and Glazier Studio preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and certifications are a plus.
