About the position

The Project Executive will lead multifamily construction projects for a top-ranked national general contractor in the Tampa region. This role involves overseeing project completion, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage client relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of completing ground-up new construction projects.
• Experience in organically growing businesses and acquiring new clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with medium to large size clients in the multifamily sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
