About the position

The Project Field Material/Equipment Coordinator is responsible for managing materials and equipment for construction projects in Prudhoe Bay, AK. This role involves liaising with subcontractors and quality control to ensure efficient material handling, including raising requests, tracking deliveries, and maintaining equipment logs. The position requires outdoor work in harsh winter conditions and offers a flexible rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Raising field material requests and submitting for approval.
  • Liaising with Supply Chain to track and expedite materials and receiving them on site.
  • Resolving any OS&D(s) with Supply Chain.
  • Tracking and submitting daily logs for project equipment and maintaining an accurate equipment tracker.
  • Coordinating bulk fuel with the client and ensuring all equipment is fueled daily.
  • Coordinating PM schedules with Project Mechanic.
  • Coordinating offsite service requirements with Fleet Manager.
  • Coordinating service requirements with rental companies for rental equipment.
  • Providing support in other areas of the project as required.

Requirements

  • Three to five (3-5) years field warehouse/inventory control applications experience.
  • One (1) year experience working with Office Suite programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license including ability to be insured by Worley's auto insurer required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with remote North Slope operations.
  • Class A CDL w/ Tanker and Haz-Mat endorsement.
  • Ability to operate equipment.
