About the position

The Project Hospitality Coordinator is a temporary full-time role focused on supporting the national growth of the Hospitality business. This position involves coordinating product installations and managing project lifecycles while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires adherence to project management standards and the ability to solve problems as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the hospitality initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage product installations within the Hospitality business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to meet key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate communication across operational groups.
  • Update and track projects in project management tools, providing consistent status updates.
  • Support cross-functional teams including Hospitality Network, Blueprint RF, and Convention Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Experience in the hospitality business and familiarity with Hospitality Network and Blueprint RF.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle for billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
