In your role, you will serve as Project Integrator for small projects or portions of larger projects. You will prepare and maintain project management documentation, including the Statement of Work, Integrated Master Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Risk Management, Change Management, and deliverables. Additionally, you will support the development of program planning documents such as the Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, and Responsibility Assignment Matrix. You will coordinate technical changes through the designated Change Management System and develop and prepare Project (PJD)/Program (PMPD) Directives. Ensuring that Peer Reviews and BES Milestone Gates/exits are properly planned and accomplished will also be part of your responsibilities. You will prepare presentations for internal and external audiences pertaining to project status and/or project requirements, and develop project status metrics, monitor trends, and suggest and implement corrective actions.
