About the position

At STG Design, we are seeking an experienced Project Interior Designer to join our dynamic Interiors studio. This role is designed for individuals who are several years into their careers and are looking for a more challenging opportunity. As a Project Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing design solutions for a variety of projects and coordinating design through all project phases. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating healthy, uplifting environments and takes pride in delivering design solutions tailored specifically to each client. You will work collaboratively across teams to develop creative design solutions that meet client criteria, demonstrating strong attention to detail throughout the design process. In this position, you will serve as a resource to Interior Designers and Project Managers as designs are developed. You will participate in the development of 2D and 3D graphics, presentations, and other collateral to effectively convey design ideas to clients and project teams. Additionally, you will be involved in construction administration, ensuring that the built product aligns with the design intent. Building strong client relationships will be a key aspect of your role as a project team member. Our firm values diverse perspectives during the design process and views each project as an opportunity to create something unique that connects us as a community. We are looking for a Project Designer who is adaptable and ready to tackle new challenges with the understanding that last week's solutions may not apply to this week's questions. You will be part of a firm that contributes to civic impact and the diverse patterns of community life through award-winning architecture and interior design.
