About the position

The Project Lead II - Standardization Evaluation role at JT4, LLC involves leading small to medium complexity projects that support the company's and customers' requirements. The incumbent will assist Project and Program Managers in daily project activities, manage project documentation, budgets, and risks, and ensure compliance with company and government processes. This position also includes providing technical support for aircrew training and maintaining accurate records for flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead relatively small projects of low to medium complexity.
• Assist Project and/or Program Managers with daily project activities.
• Make priority determinations and develop project documentation.
• Maintain established project portfolio and execute project budgets.
• Manage project risks and monitor/control project progress.
• Provide project status updates through reviews and archive project data.
• Administer Work Management System (WMS) activities using scheduling tools.
• Recruit and hire appropriate technical personnel as needed.
• Support the planning, scheduling, and record keeping for Standardization Evaluation, Training, and Technical Publications.
• Document, process, file, and update databases and records for aircrew qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (8 years in project assignments).
• Demonstrated knowledge in resource organization, planning, budgeting, and configuration management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Current DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
