About the position

Razor Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Lead/SCRUM Master. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively, aligning with our company’s commitment to technology and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and facilitation skills, enabling them to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations successfully. The Project Lead/SCRUM Master will be responsible for coordinating with the project team to implement best practices and methodologies that drive project insights and execution. In this position, you will define requirements for building automated solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, manage project tasks and deadlines through Azure DevOps, and oversee the end-to-end release process. This includes all testing stages such as Pre-UAT, UAT, and BVT, as well as conducting sprint demos, stakeholder check-ins, and Go/No-Go meetings. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal standards, particularly regarding accessibility, and facilitating SCRUM meetings to promote effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will create project schedules, assign ownership based on key milestones, and document best practices and repeatable processes to enhance project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the project team to align best practices, rhythm of business, and methodologies to deliver project insights and execution.
• Define requirements to build automated solutions via Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage project scope, tasks, and deadlines in Azure DevOps.
• Drive the end-to-end release process, including all test stages (Pre-UAT, UAT, BVT), sprint demos, stakeholder check-ins, Go/No-Go meetings, and post-release documentation.
• Support stakeholders with compliance (including accessibility) related items, ensuring all internal compliance steps are resolved in a timely manner.
• Facilitate SCRUM meetings and effective collaboration across the team and stakeholders.
• Create project schedules and assign owners based on key project milestones.
• Document best practices and repeatable processes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of high-tech industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, related field, or demonstrated experience.
• SCRUM certification preferred.
• Demonstrated a deep understanding of technical concepts, processes, and data sources.
• Experience developing and delivering training, including best practices documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships across teams.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment.
