About the position

The Project Manager at Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is responsible for organizing, managing, and planning complex projects related to the organization's research, development, and product implementation efforts. Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for research, development, and product implementation.
• Lead an interdepartmental team to complete assigned projects on time and to specifications.
• Outline tasks involved in the project and delegate accordingly.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare project budgets based on estimates.
• Conduct risk assessments and report identified risks to management with recommendations for mitigation.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
• Communicate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• At least five years of related experience in project management.
• Strong management, communication, and administration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
