About the position

Ferguson is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects. This position is based at your nearest Ferguson branch in North Carolina or South Carolina, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. As a Project Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting customer orders and checking on their status, coordinating appointments with customers, and handling escalated and unresolved customer concerns. You will also be responsible for setting up subcontractors in the system and collaborating with shared accounts. In this role, you will support Project Managers throughout all phases of the project, working closely with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. It is essential to ensure that the client's needs are met as the project evolves. You will coordinate team meetings between team members and clients, track and process incoming paperwork, and participate in associate meetings, communicating any concerns to management. This position requires strong organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in using various computer devices and Microsoft Office software. Responsibilities

  • Accurately input customer orders and check on the status of orders

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
