Our client is currently seeking a Project Management Coordinator with a background in GMP regulated companies. The ideal candidate will have exposure to or experience in packaging, particularly within the food or pharmaceutical industries. This role requires strong project management expertise, including proficiency in Smartsheet, to assemble comprehensive project plans, direct and monitor daily work efforts, and identify resource needs. The Project Management Coordinator will also be responsible for performing quality reviews and addressing any functional, quality, and timeline issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall coordination and stability of Process Development, Commercial Operations, and Validation. This position demands excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage packaging line projects effectively. The Project Management Coordinator will be expected to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and ensure that project milestones are met in accordance with GMP regulations.
