About the position

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our team in Bluffton, South Carolina. This position is integral to our operations, as it involves supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of various projects. The Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately inputted and monitored, coordinating appointments with customers, and addressing escalated customer concerns. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of clients as projects progress. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. You will also coordinate team meetings, track incoming paperwork, and communicate any concerns to management during associate meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in using various technology tools, including Microsoft Office software. The Project Management Coordinator will work onsite at their nearest Ferguson branch in North Carolina or South Carolina, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities

  • Accurately input customer orders and check on the status of orders
  • Coordinate appointments with customers
  • Handle escalated and unresolved customer concerns
  • Responsible for setting up subcontractors in the system and work with shared accounts
  • Support Project Managers in all phases of the project
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Ensure client's needs are met as project evolves
  • Coordinate team meetings between team members and clients
  • Track and process incoming paperwork
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
