The Project Management Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately inputted and monitored, coordinating appointments with customers, and addressing escalated customer concerns. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of clients as projects progress. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. You will also coordinate team meetings, track incoming paperwork, and communicate any concerns to management during associate meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in using various technology tools, including Microsoft Office software.
