About the position

The Project Management Internship at Paramount offers college students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the entertainment industry. This immersive 10-week paid program is designed to help interns explore various career paths while contributing to high-profile projects. Interns will engage in both technical and non-technical aspects of project management, working closely with team leads to optimize processes and support project cycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, documentation, and testing support, including building help guides.
• Conduct high-level project planning, status reporting, task management, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify best practices and improvements for creative and tech business processes.
• Assist in project management cycles, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify risks and issues.

Requirements

• Currently studying Technology/Engineering or Business major.
• Curiosity about Project Management and/or Operational roles in Technology.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• General knowledge of project management processes.
• Ability to collaborate comfortably across multiple functional teams and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks.
• Passion for media.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
• Experience building presentations and reports is a plus.
• Technology application testing or development experience is a plus.
