About the position

The Summer Internship Program at Paramount offers college students a unique opportunity to explore careers in the entertainment industry through a 10-week paid internship. This immersive program is designed to provide hands-on experience, allowing interns to engage with iconic brands while developing their skills in project management and operational roles. The program serves as a pipeline for future employment opportunities, emphasizing the importance of student insights and passions in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, documentation, and testing support.
• Build help guides and assist in project management cycles.
• Conduct high-level project planning, status reporting, task management, and follow-up.
• Work with team leads to identify best practices and improvements to optimize creative and tech business processes.
• Assist in quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify risks and issues, aiming for innovation and operational success.

Requirements

• Currently studying Technology/Engineering or Business major.
• Curiosity about Project Management and/or Operational roles in Technology.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• General knowledge of project management processes.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams and leadership levels.
• Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks.
• Passion for media.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Experience building presentations and reports.
• Technology application testing or development experience.
