• Experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development lifecycle and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in contract management and project scheduling.
