The Principal - Project Management provides direction to project, service, and/or solution teams. Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, quality, and completion of the project. Develops/reviews/approves project plans, manages issues - risks, contributes to issue resolution, directs staff. Work with resources from matrix organization to accomplish project tasks and maintains control over the project(s). Monitors the progress of the team, which may include Ally employee and/or vendor team members, informs the team of its progress and provides the team with support and direction. The project manager is expected to drive improvements within ACOSS project management processes and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholder customers.
